Create an AWS Builder ID, choose your credit tier (Founders for self-funded or Portfolio for VC-backed), provide startup details, link your AWS account, and submit. Self-funded startups get $1,000 automatically. VC-backed startups can get up to $100,000 with an Org ID from their accelerator or VC. Applications are reviewed within 5-10 business days.
